Why Choose Trinity Valley Milk?
Most of the products that you find in grocery stores nowadays are homogenized. This means that the milk has undergone a step in processing that breaks down the milk from its natural state. We believe in keeping milk the way that God intended it to be, so we choose non-homogenization! This means that our product is more natural and is generally much easier for people to digest than other store-bought milk.
What’s Homogenization?
If you were to set a glass of raw milk and a glass of store-bought milk next to each other, after a period of time, the cream in the raw milk would eventually separate and rise to the top. In store-bought milk, you’ll see that it never separates. This is part of the reason that our product is easier to digest, and we keep our milk as close to its’ natural state as possible. When the cream settles at the top, this is what earns the term “Creamline”. You just want to remember to shake well!
Our Cheese Curds have been a hit ever since we started them; they’re high in demand and we truthfully have trouble keeping them on the shelves! They pack a powerful protein punch so they make a great snack, or, they make a delicious addition to a charcuterie spread. Our Cheese Curds come in four delicious flavors, Natural, Tomato Basil, Buffalo and Garlic & Herb!
