Celebrate A Special Occasion With Us

Located on the hill just behind the Trinity Valley Dairy store, the upstairs of our dairy barn is available to rent year-round!  It can cater to parties of about 40-45 people. It’s a gorgeous room that quite literally overlooks the dairy cows in the next room.  It has a Smart TV, bathroom and full kitchen including a stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, sink, coffee maker and dishwasher. While it has kitchen supplies included, we suggest bringing your own to ensure you aren’t missing something crucial.

This space is a great and affordable space for classes, family gatherings, baby showers or even work conference meetings!  We do not allow weddings at this time.

Seating: We have rocking chairs, and couches to relax on, or, we have up to three tables that we can set out for you that can sit up to 30 people. You’ll want to bring your own table linens and plating, etc.

Catering: You are welcome to bring outside food! Some catering options in this area we recommend are; Chic-Fil-A or Nicky’s Cs.  Trinity Valley can provide wholesale milk or cheese curds upon request.

Access: Keep in mind that this is not handicap accessible as it is on the second story of our dairy barn, and if toddlers are using this space, you may want to consider bringing a baby gate to keep them from the stairs. Parking is just outside the barn.

Payment: We ask for a flat rental payment of $200 that includes a full day rate. We require payment in full at the time of booking.

Rules: Alcohol, smoking and pets are not permitted on the property and we ask that you clean up and compile any trash at the conclusion of your event.
